Description
Early theories and empirical research indicate that extreme anti-social tendencies are an integral factor in the construct of psychopathy. This statement led to erroneous conclusions regarding the incidence of psychopathy in the general and prison population. A new model of psychopathy presented by prof. Boduszka suggests that criminal / antisocial tendencies should be treated as a potential consequence of psychopathic traits rather than an integral part of this construct. At the next public lecture, prof. Boduszek will present his new theories of psychopathy (Psychopathic Personality Traits Model - PPTM) and the model of profiling psychopathy among prisoners, general population, children and youth.
