Description

A one day conference focused on the neglected Apocalyptic Poetry of the 1940s, organised with Prof Heather Clark (Huddersfield) and Prof John Goodby (Sheffield Hallam University). Apocalypse II, the 'partner' conference focused on the legacies of Apocalyptic poetry, will be held at the University of Huddersfield on 12 November, 2022. I co-organised this conference, chaired two panels and gave a paper, 'Failure of Nerve: Don't Mention the E-Word'.
