Description

In this study, quantitative methods were used to describe the plant soundscape elements, spatial changes and the elderly's emotional preference for plant soundscape space in the park, so as to recommend the design of soundscape space. At different locations in nanchang people's park, acoustic measurement and subjective evaluation of different spatial sound scenes were carried out using 15 groups of plant Spaces, and acoustic elements such as natural sound, human activity sound and mechanical sound were studied. The results show that the preference of soundscape is related to the age and frequency of visitors, while the score of natural voice preference was the highest. An in-depth analysis of five sound scene methods is conducted to enhance the elderly's perception of experience: sound masking, sound borrowing, sound reinforcement, sound contrast and sound expectation.Furthermore, this paper puts forward the plan of future special garden plant soundscape design.
