Damned if we do... Damned if we don't: Using classroom debates to teach and assess students' knowledge and skills

A 60 minute workshop delivered to participants at the University of Huddersfield's 2022 Teaching and Learning Conference. Participants were presented with the research and experience of using debates in teaching law to social work students, before being supported to take part in a debate themselves. Learning and student feedback was also shared in the session.
