Description

This event gives social scientists from the Crime and Policing Research Centre—from early career researchers to professors—a unique platform to share impactful findings directly with key police staff responsible for officer welfare across the UK. At a time when policing faces a crisis of officer retention linked to poor mental health, this event bridges research and practice, ensuring evidence-based insights reach those best placed to drive meaningful change in police wellbeing.
