Description

This keynote speech delivered to Turkish diplomats dealt with genocide denial laws with emphasis on the impact of EU law on national jurisdictions in Europe. In this context, the shortcomings of Turkish diplomacy were highlighted and domestic legislations in EU countries were explained with a comparative approach.
