    Description

    AHRC funded interdisciplinary network ‘Crossing Over: New Narratives of Death’ (AH/K00574X/1) 2013-2016 (PI David Kennedy, University of Hull). I contributed to application for this funding and sat on the network’s advisory board. As a network participant I worked collaboratively with academics from different disciplines and institutions (University of Hull and University of Bradford) and a hospice nurse from Rotherham Hospice. We carried out a small project based on two participatory, creative workshops involving staff and volunteers at Rotherham Hospice. Outcomes: public celebration event and exhibition at Rotherham Hospice, poster presentation at the Hospice UK’s annual conference and use of co-produced poem at Rotherham Hospice public events.
