Description

Strontium Titanate (SrTiO3) has been studied extensively because of its electronic properties and structural behavior. It is currently considered to be one of the most promising n-type oxide thermoelectric materials.
Data was presented on the investigation of the performance of a rigid ion potential model towards the defect chemistry of SrTiO3, including intrinsic and extrinsic disorders, which was compared to current literature.
