In 2024, Maria Sappho joined the internationally acclaimed post‑rock band Mogwai as a guest keyboardist for a series of tour performances. The tour spanned Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, the USA (including a featured set at the South by Southwest Festival in Texas), as well as dates in Belgium and Italy, bringing her improvisational and textural keyboard approach to Mogwai’s distinctive, cinematic sound.
