Description

A five year pilot programme to translate healthcare research into healthcare practice, with a specific focus on the self-management of long-term conditions.
Our remit was to undertake high quality applied research, translate research into practice, and increase our partner organisations' capacity to do more of the same.

We had four core values that we endeavoured to adhere to:

• Building Collaborations and Co-production

• Addressing Inequalities in Health

• Capacity Building

• The joint engagement in and ownership of CLAHRC by our partners.
