Description
Various ways can be deduced from published sources about how artificial intelligence (AI) text generators can support employees from vulnerable and minority groups in the workplace. However, there is limited empirical evidence to inform such deductions. When empirical evidence exists, it is about how AI text generators support people and general employees rather than minority and vulnerable employee groups in the workplace. In this study, we ask how, empirically, AI text generators support vulnerable and minority employee groups? We adopted a problematisation review to critically analyse the assumptions about how AI text generators support vulnerable and minority employee groups in the workplace. Our analysis suggests that the support that vulnerable and minority employee groups can get from AI text generators is generally assumed and anecdotal.Period | 1 Sep 2025 → 5 Sep 2025 |
