Prof Sinan Liu collaborated with the Dr Huidong Wei on the computation modelling on biomechanics of rigid tissues leading to the development of a new drilling tool and method for the surgical operation of bone repair. The expertise of computational mechanics of Dr Huidong Wei was developed for a wide application of biomechanics in both soft and rigid tissues.
