The aim of this event was to critically explore the importance of decision making in a community context with reference to local government structures, and to present some initial findings from the Housing and Integration of Refugees project that Professor Phil Brown, Dr Santokh Gill, and Dr Jamie P. Halsall have been undertaking. The participants who attended this event were academics, stakeholders, community researchers from Migration Yorkshire, and honours level students who are undertaking a social policy module.
