Colombia’s most-wanted drug baron was caught in a military operation over the weekend. Dairo Usugua, better known by his alias Otoniel, is accused of heading a cartel responsible for manufacturing hundreds of tons of cocaine each year. Much of this was exported to the US . The Colombian government announced that Usugua will be extradited to the United States to face charges. This is the most high profile capture since the fall of the notorious Pablo Escobar in the nineties.
