Visakha Vidyalaya since then has produced leaders in every field, including Prof. Dilanthi Amaratunga, Professor of Disaster Risk Management at the University of Huddersfield, UK, who leads the Global Disaster Resilience Centre at the University of Huddersfield, UK.
