Description

Exhibition review by Jo Hall of the 62 Group Making as Learning exhibition. The exhibition is curated by Claire Barber and Ealish Wilson and is presented in the attic space of Salts Mill, Saltaire, West Yorkshire from 8 September - 3 November and at The Knitting & Stitching Show, Harrogate Convestion Centre, 21-24 November 2024.

Subject

In Making as Learning 62 Group members are asked to reflect on their creative process, drawing inspiration from their personal archives. More than 50 works are on show by 40 artists. The setting is Salts Mill in Saltaire, and occupies the Spinning Room, located in the mill's vaulted roof space.
