Research Expertise and Interests

Andreas's research focuses on the issue of disability and its implications for human rights theory, and national jurisdictions, especially from a comparativist perspective. Coming from a public law background, issues of constitutional / judicial review, especially with regards to topical issues such as austerity and Brexit, are also part of his field of enquiry. Finally, issues of medical law and ethics, public and global health are also part of Andreas's research agenda.
