Biography

Ben teaches film narrative and production at the Yorkshire Film and Television School, integrating his research practice as a producer, story producer, writer, and director across fiction, documentary, and experimental filmmaking. His long and short form moving image work has premiered at major festivals worldwide, with subsequent release across many commercial and curatorial platforms. Ben's current slate is backed by the BFI, Goldfinch, ERDF, North East Screen, and Arts Council England. He is a member of PACT, EAVE, Rotterdam Lab, and Biennale College: Cinema.
