Ben teaches film narrative and production at the Yorkshire Film and Television School, integrating his research practice as a producer, story producer, writer, and director across fiction, documentary, and experimental filmmaking. His long and short form moving image work has premiered at major festivals worldwide, with subsequent release across many commercial and curatorial platforms. His 2021 archive documentary SAINT MARIETTA premiered in international competition at DOK Leipzig. Ben's current producing slate - including upcoming 2022/23 releases - is backed by the BFI, Goldfinch, ERDF, Arts Council England, and the Young Audiences Content Fund. He is a member of PACT, EAVE, Rotterdam Lab, and Biennale College: Cinema.
