Personal profile

Biography

I am a physiotherapy lecturer with over 10 years of clinical experience. After completing the core physiotherapy rotations, I specialised in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and worked in the NHS, private practice and semi-professional sport. I gained my master's degree in Advanced Physiotherapy Practice in 2019 and also became an associate fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Additionally, I have experience in business development and project management in healthcare settings. This experience has been utilised in a recent telehealth student placement project that I co-lead with Benita Powrie at the University of Huddersfield in the summer of 2020.
