Biography

Dr. Daberechi Chikezie Ekwueme is an experienced Lecturer, Researcher, Accountant, and Economist with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education and research industry. Dr. Ekwueme has a Strong education professional with a Doctor of Philosophy - Ph.D. in Economics from Eastern Mediterranean University. Dr. Ekwueme has published several papers in international peer-reviewed Journals. She also presented various academic and research-based papers at several international conferences including the 12th International Conference on Eurasian Economies  2020-Baku, Azerbaijan, Istanbul, Turkey-Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan; where she bagged Prof. Dr. Mukerrem Hic best paper award for her paper published at the Conference titled “The footprint of Inexhaustible Energy Usage and Financial Development on Carbon Outrush of Eurasian Countries”. Her principal areas of research include environmental economics, development economics, International Economics and Finance, International Accounting, international taxation, Corporate social responsibity,  Cost and Management Accounting.
