Biography
Most of my professional life involved Information Technology, with over thirty years’ experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, Systems Analysis & Design, Data Warehousing, Programming, etc. However, over the past 20 years I have been teaching Mathematics and ICT, at secondary, college and university levels. (I am a qualified teacher: CertEd, QTLS, AFHEA). Currently, as a Research Fellow, I am focused on developing agent-based simulations of organizational plasticity and using insights gained to enhance an organization’s dynamic capabilities.
