Biography
Dr Fred J. Ingram, PhD, MA {Education}, MSc {Information Systems}, BSc (Hons) {Mathematics}, BSc (Hons) {Computer Science}, CertEd, QTLS, CMathTeach, AFHEA, is a Research Fellow at the University of Huddersfield’s Business School where he is exploring how an understanding of biological plasticity can be of use in improving organizational plasticity, to help organizations cope with challenging environments. The intention is to develop empirically based agent-based simulations of organizational plasticity to explore the theories proposed. Most of his professional life involved Information Technology, with over thirty years’ work experience in business analysis, project management, systems analysis & design, data warehousing, programming, etc. However, over the past twenty years he has been teaching Mathematics and ICT, at secondary, college, and university levels.
