Biography
Gwyneth joined the University of Huddersfield in 2002 and is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Education and Professional Development. She is Course Leader and Admissions Tutor for the Pre-service PGCE / Cert Ed (Lifelong Learning) programme and is also involved in post-graduate supervision.
After working in libraries and college administration, Gwyneth began her academic career teaching local history, English and adult literacy in a Further Education college, before becoming a teacher educator. She completed a Doctorate in Education in 2019 with a focus on adult literacy education.
She is currently a member of the editorial team of RaPAL (Research and Practice in Adult Literacies).
