Dr Hang T. T. Nguyen (also known as Hana) is the lecturer and researcher in Management (Strategy) at the University of Huddersfield. She is a member of the British Academy of Management (BAM) and Strategic Management Society (SMS), a Fellow of Higher Education Academy (FHEA), and a Certified Management and Business Educator (CMBE).

Before joining Huddersfield in 2019, Dr Hang T. T. Nguyen was an Associate Lecturer in International Business Strategy at the University of Bradford, UK, from 2018 to 2019; a Special Visiting Lecturer in Global Business Environment at Sheffield Hallam University, UK, during 2019; and Lecturer in Management at Hanoi University, Vietnam, from 2011 to 2015. 

For the industrial experience before and during academia, she has been working in many developmental and entrepreneurial projects with clients from major international corporations and organisations. Dr Hang T. T. Nguyen was the best performing student for her master study at the University of East Anglia, the UK in 2008/2009. She received her Doctorate from Sheffield Hallam University in 2019 for the research on dynamic capabilities of the Vietnamese tourism enterprises.

Dr Hang T.T. Nguyen research interests include dynamic capabilities, strategic management, strategic entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship, innovation in organisations, knowledge dynamics, and knowledge management.
