Biography
Honglan is a Lecturer in Management (Strategy) at Huddersfield Business School, with research interests in corporate turnaround and organisational learning. Prior to joining University of Huddersfield, Honglan worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Adam Smith Business, University of Glasgow.Honglan obtained his PhD in Management from the University of Glasgow and his MSc in International Business and Emerging Markets from the University of Edinburgh.
Honglan’s research interests lie in antecedents, changing processes and outcomes of corporate turnaround actions and changes of organisational learning in internationalisation. His PhD research investigates how and why firms achieve a successful corporate turnaround by collaborating with eleven international SMEs in high-tech manufacturing industry.
