Jayne Price is Acting Head of Department and Head of Division for Initial Teacher Education (Schools) in the School of Education and Professional Development. She teaches across the full range of teacher education programmes.  Prior to joining the University, she taught for 15 years as a music teacher in secondary schools in Derbyshire and Leeds. Jayne was also the Musical Director of the Leeds Girls’ Choir for many years. Her current research focuses on inclusive practice in music education.
