Biography

Jiafan is a Lecturer in Accounting at Huddersfield Business School. She joined the University of Huddersfield in January 2022. Before that, she was a teaching assistant at Strathclyde Business School, where she gained her PhD in Accounting.

Jiafan obtained FHEA and teaches Financial Accounting and Financial Management at undergraduate level. Jiafan also teaches CSR, audit, sustainability and financial reporting at postgraduate level.

Jiafan is interested in accountability, small accounting practices, SMEs, accounting disclosure, access to finance, sustainability, green finance, leadership theories and interdisciplinary study.

Jiafan is Year 1 Tutor for Accounting and Finance Course and Visiting Placement Staff Member at Huddersfield Business School.
