Qualifications: BA(Hons), Dip Soc Admin, MEd, PGCE, FHEA.

Lyn Boyd is a Senior Lecturer in Youth and Community Work and teaches on a range of related courses in the School of Education and Professional Development, University of Huddersfield. Lyn joined the University of Huddersfield in 2001 and has a wide range of  experience of designing and delivering undergraduate and postgraduate youth and community work modules in higher education institutions.  Lyn's current research is focused on social policy, youth work practice and young people’s ‘employability’. Lyn's professional background includes work as a youth and community worker in the voluntary sector and as a researcher involved in the design, delivery and evaluation of a number of European funded projects. Lyn has also taught  in further and adult education.

Fingerprint Fingerprint is based on mining the text of the person's scientific documents to create an index of weighted terms, which defines the key subjects of each individual researcher.
