Biography

Marc is subject leader for the MA in Education in the School of Education and Professional Development. Marc trained as a teacher and educational psychologist in Catalonia and taught in primary and secondary schools before joining Leeds Beckett University where he worked as a lecturer and course leader. Marc's current research focuses on school staff wellbeing, professional development and schools’ organisational culture.
