Biography

Matthew is an award winning Queen's Nurse that has extensive practical and clinical interest in General Practice Nursing, Public Health, Health Promotion, Long Term Condition Management and Hard to Heal Wound Management. 

Matthew is currently undertaking doctoral research with a clinical focus on lower limb compression therapy and complex wound care. 

Matthew is a Senior Lecturer in Adult Nursing, MSc Nursing Course leader and Admissions lead for Nursing. Matthew teaches across both pre and post registration nursing courses. 

Matthew holds a Masters in Health Studies, Independent and Supplementary Nurse Prescriber, NMC Teacher, Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) and Chartered Manager (CMgr) with the Chartered Management Institute.
