Dr M Burhan is a senior lecturer in HRM & OB at the University of Huddersfield, Business School, UK. He received his postgraduate degree in strategic management from the University of Bradford, UK and a PhD in strategic human resource management from the University of Huddersfield, UK. Burhan has previously worked at Coventry University and Middlesex University, UK. His research interests centre on contextual HRM, leadership, people analytics and sustainability, primarily in SMEs.
