Biography

Dr Ozlem Bak is a Senior Lecturer at University of Huddersfield Business School. Prior to joining academia, she worked in multinational automotive companies and distributors in Germany, Turkey and the UK. She holds a PhD in Supply Chain Management from University of East Anglia (UK). She received the Emerald Highly Commended Award in the area of Production and Operations Management. Her research has concentrated in supply chain education, e-business enabled organizational transformation in automotive supply chains, and use of mixed methods in research. She is a member of Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) and a Fellow of Higher Education Academy in the UK.
