Biography
I am currently a senior lecturer in Management (International Business) at University of Huddersfield. Prior to this, I worked in Sheffield University as lecturer in International Business Strategy and program director of International Management (Jan 2020- Oct 2022). Previously, I worked in Birmingham City University as lecturer in International Management (June 2016 - Dec 2019), and I was nominated as the Research of Year 2019 in Birmingham City Business School. I received my doctorate from University of Leeds in 2016, which was jointly funded by the Sino-British Fellowship Trust and Leeds University Business School (2010 - 2015).
My research and teaching are around emotion, cross-cultural management, knowledge transfer, qualitative research method in international business
