Biography
Stylianos joined the University of Huddersfield in 2020 as a Lecturer in Events Management. Stylianos graduated from Leeds Beckett University completing the BA (Hons) Entertainment Management with 1st class honours. He then completed his PhD at the University of Sheffield examining the production and consumption of night-time entertainment under the scopes of tribal marketing and urban geography using ethnographic research methods.
Stylianos has previously lectured at the University of Sheffield, the Cyprus University of Technology, Frederick University, and UNICaf University at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, across Marketing, Business Management, and Creative & Cultural Management courses. Before joining academia Stylianos has held a number of management positions in the maritime, manufacturing, and creative industries.
