I am a Senior Lecturer in Engineering in the School of Computing and Engineering. In 2012, I obtained my PhD from University of Bath and was appointed as a postdoctoral researcher for three years until 2015, working on EU projects ‘Dematerialisation of machine tools' and STEPMAN. Before I joined Huddersfield in 2020, I was a Senior lecturer in Design and Manufacturing in Kingston University London. I specialise in manufacturing informatics and the integration between manufacturing systems.The research I have pursued has been primarily concerned with topics in the area of manufacturing, with particular emphasis on manufacturing informatics and technology.

My research interests include manufacturing system integration, CAPP, knowledge management in manufacturing, intelligent manufacturing, cloud manufacturing, big data, STEP-NC etc.
