Data-Driven Co-Creation for Social Housing: A Collaborative AI Platform for Sustainable Living

The UK social housing sector faces significant challenges, including tenant affordability, housing quality, sustainability, and service efficiency. This project proposes a co-created data driven AI platform that integrates insights from tenants, housing associations, and policymakers to enhance social housing management. By applying predictive analytics, AI-driven engagement, and environmental monitoring, the platform will provide actionable insights to improve tenant well-being, financial sustainability, and decarbonization efforts. Working in collaboration with Together Housing Group, this initiative will employ co-creation methods, including workshops, data-sharing agreements, and stakeholder-driven design to develop practical solutions for affordable, sustainable, and community-focused social housing.
