Developing the CultureSpark Toolkit: A Framework for Co-Created Change in the Fire and Rescue Services

Building on our partnership with North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service (NYFRS), we will develop the CultureSpark Toolkit by co-creating and refining our toolkit for change with both NYFRS and Surrey Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS). Through action research involving surveys, focus groups, and co-production workshops, we aim to adapt and refine our tools with SFRS while understanding how the toolkit is working in NYFRS. By integrating these insights, we will enhance the CultureSpark Toolkit. Our goal is to improve FRS personnel well-being, build public trust, and establish national best practices for cultural transformation across Fire and Rescue Services.
