Project Details
Description
Research to date has demonstrated that the QSSS is a viable solution for long-term structural monitoring of rigid structure perturbations. Its reliability, performance, and cost-effectiveness have attracted interest from several industry partners. Despite this promising validation, the system remains at a laboratory stage, and further funding is required to advance its Technology Readiness Level (TRL) to a point where it can be commercialised.
The next phase of development will focus on transforming the QSSS into a robust, market-ready product, capable of meeting the demands of industrial environments. This progression is essential to unlock its full commercial potential and deliver meaningful impact across manufacturing sectors.
