Description
In Partnership with Authoring Our Own Stories, this research aims to understand working-class young men’s experiences of growing up in the former coalfields. Yorkshire and Humber District Youth Service Unit and the University of Huddersfield will recruit and train 5 Young Leaders and work with over 100 young working-class men (11-25-years-old) to co-produce, through arts-based methods, knowledge on their lived experiences of growing up in the former coalfields in order to begin to transform youth conditions, experiences, and policy.
