Neurodiversity at Work: Developing neuro-inclusive organisations and disability confident leaders

This project continues our collaboration with Business in the Community (BiTC) exploring neurodiversity in the workplace. Building on findings from our IAA Impact project, we move beyond awareness raising of neurodiversity issues to developing and embedding neuroinclusive strategies and practices with our established network of businesses, business leaders, and BiTC member organisations across the Yorkshire and Humber region. Through a series of in-person and virtual action research sets, we work with neurotypical and neurodivergent perspectives and experiences to co-create a unique neuro-inclusive educational resource and training toolkit for building resilient neuro-inclusive organisations and upskilling and empowering disability confident leaders.
