The Tenant Exchange Platform – developing an AI Platform for tenant engagement in social housing

Building on research underpinning the Retrofit Ready toolkit developed with Together Housing Group, this project, in collaboration with Kirklees Council and Dabalox Ltd, will test the organisational, technical, and commercial viability of a defined AI-enabled tenant engagement platform in a live local authority context. The Proof of Concept will generate evidence to inform adoption, scale-up, and commercialisation. The project will deliver a tested platform prototype, practical engagement tools, a defined governance model, and a costed implementation pathway. Collectively, these outputs will strengthen tenant voice, improve transparency and accountability, and support more effective and scalable service delivery across the social housing sector.
