Understanding potential for artisan and micro fashion producers’ collaborative carbon neutral

This project explores initiatives for supporting artisan and micro fashion producers understanding of their carbon-neutral potential. It partners with producers and a sector provider to consider opportunities prioritising collaboration among small-scale producers to lower environmental impact. Small-scale producers often operate with fewer than ten employees and may not seek industrial scaling; this project focuses on strategies that respect their values. By leveraging both their diversity and shared commitment to sustainability, this project explores opportunities for developing collaborative carbon neutral business models that are traceable, environmentally responsible and tailored to producers’ micro-enterprise needs.
