Wrapped In Rubber – Accessible Latex for Fetish Communities

This is a proof-of-market project developing accessible, inclusive latex fashion inspired by the experiences of ageing fetishists. Emerging from my Lives in Latex research project and follow-on Revisiting Rubber (IAA-funded), this project explores how creative practice can address issues of mobility, comfort, and stigma in fetish wear. The project will expand the current range beyond coats and dungarees through prototyping and testing at national and international events, including Mach 2. By combining design research with user feedback, Wrapped in Rubber aims to validate market need and advance socially inclusive innovation within fetish fashion.
