Abstract
From Lausanne to Beijing is the International Fiber Art Exhibition in China that has seen itself developed into a well-known brand from 8 exhibitions over the past 15 years since 2000. It is now the most significant international fiber art event in China.
Artworks: A total of 963 entries from 52 countries around the world (651 from China and 312 from overseas). Selected by a jury for display 221 artworks (104 from China and 117 from overseas), which make approx 23% of the total entries.
Awards selected by the jury Committee: 1 gold, 2 silver, 6 bronze and 59 excellence awards.
Sonja Andrew's work received an outstanding award from the international judging panel.
