Abstract
The mathematical model of the three-dimensional surface roughness evaluation benchmark and the digital algorithm for obtaining the three-dimensional surface evaluation benchmark using a Gaussian filter are proposed. A new fast Gaussian filter convolution algorithm for three-dimensional surfaces is proposed. This algorithm uses the two-dimensional Gaussian function. The iterable characteristics and separability have the advantages of greatly reducing the number of exponential operations and improving the calculation speed.
