Abstract
A map of those equations most commonly encountered by undergraduate electrical engineering students is presented. The equations are arranged to show their principal logical relationships and also to illustrate the symmetry which exists between electric and magnetic quantities. Coding is used to distinguish fundamental experimental laws from definitions and equations of a less fundamental nature.
