Abstract
A construção enxuta apresenta oportunidade de melhoria na gestão de empresas e canteiros de obras, promovendo redução das perdas e ganhos na produção. As empresas podem aplicar os princípios de gestão enxuta de forma gradativa conseguindo benefícios significativos, independentemente do porte organizacional. A análise do grau de aplicação dos princípios da construção enxuta pode ser baseada em modelo de maturidade. O método escolhido segue os 11 princípios de construção enxuta e consiste na aplicação de questionário com diferentes stakeholders: diretoria, engenharia, operário, fornecedor, projetista e cliente. Para a avaliação, realizou-se um estudo de caso em uma microempresa atuante na realização de obras residenciais e comerciais simples. A empresa apresentou um nível de maturidade em construção enxuta de 55%. Foi verificado que o principal impacto na avaliação foi decorrente do uso de técnicas tradicionais para gestão e execução. Os resultados da avaliação realizada podem auxiliar os gestores na tomada de decisão, buscando maior engajamento para implementação dos princípios da construção enxuta, uma vez que se conseguiu identificar problemas e mostrar potencialidades de aplicação destes princípios para a microempresa.
Lean construction presents an opportunity for improving the management of companies and construction sites, promoting a reduction in losses and gains in production. Companies can apply lean management principles gradually, achieving significant benefits, regardless of the size of the organization. The analysis of the degree of application of lean construction principles can be based on a maturity model. The chosen method follows the 11 lean construction principles and consists of applying a questionnaire to different stakeholders: management, engineering, workers, suppliers, designers and clients. For the evaluation, a case study was conducted in a micro-company operating in the execution of simple residential and commercial projects. The company presented a maturity level in lean construction of 55%. It was found that the main impact on the evaluation was due to the use of traditional techniques for management and execution. The results of the evaluation carried out can help managers in decision-making, seeking greater engagement for the implementation of lean construction principles, since it was possible to identify problems and show potential for applying these principles to the micro-company.
