Abstract
The aim of this study is to carry out a case study analysis on a Small Medium Sized business (SME) within the Yorkshire and Humber region, UK and their drive to be a more sustainable business. The company currently follows Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) objectives and the UN Sustainable Development Goals along with their own partially circular business model but this is not communicated to customers and suppliers clearly. A clear roadmap of promotional tools that highlight the sustainability and circularity of the business will help drive customers, suppliers, awareness, and profits. The academics involved in this project will develop public facing engagement collateral to generate both responses from the pubic and industry.
