Abstract

This collaborative composition with Tineidae and Sole Massif explores a hybrid sonic language between acousmatic sound design, video music and dark ambient music. As such, it explores a novel aesthetic that moves beyond the original industrial origins of dark ambient, Eno's notions of 'ambient' music as well as conventional notions of sound design in video music.
