Abstract
Crystalline deposits in the cornea and conjunctiva have been observed in patients suffering from plasma cell dyscrasias. This paper describes a patient in whom corneal crystals were observed bilaterally. The patient was subsequently diagnosed as having a plasma cell dyscrasia in between monoclonal gammopathy and multiple myeloma.
